Using a simple reading of the first chapters of the book of Acts, we can notice that the apostle Simon Peter was the leader of the church in the apostolic period. However, when reading becomes more observant, it concludes that John, even introverted little star, was also a need for the church leader.
In many cases, pays the contemporary church leaders recognized only as Peter, with temperament "angry" and therefore, risky plans executed without thinking twice and actors; forgetting that leaders like John, with temperament "gloomy" and therefore: timid, calculating, liabilities and little action, also contribute as much as the other ministers.
certainly believers in the apostolic church had a high regard for John as well as Peter.
This teaches us several things:
1. The outgoing ministers are indipensables temperament because they execute without thinking twice plans towards the church.
2. The leaders of temperament introvert are equally necessary for the church, because although are not starring in ecclesiastical battles are always there thinking for the church and praying fervently for it.
3. Believers owe a sincere respect for those timid ministers (of temper) because we do not see starring in the story, but behind the scenes battle in prayer.
At least these are some things that the apostolic church did extremely well and that the contemporary church should play: Have a high regard for all our ministers, are introverts or outgoing.
