A Cherokee Indian elder was talking to his grandson.
He said
-natures within you are like two hungry wolves are equally strong in your mind; one of them is good and does everything that is positive. He is kind, caring, loves unconditionally, he feels a constant desire to give, helping, sharing, and love, and she's always happy, finally, feel and do whatever is appropriate for him and others.
But the other wolf is evil. The fear and bad feelings govern their center. So feel hatred, envy, selfish, and devour her being jealous. Feels a strong desire to dominate psychologically and physically, is evil, violent, lives in bitterness. In conclusion feels all that is negative and does only what it is gratifying and pleasing to him.
His grandson thought about this for a moment and asked his grandfather:
-Tata, and whether the two wolves will fight, what would win?
His grandfather replied,
"The wolf that you choose to feed
Reflection for today:
You have two natures within you. An evil and attracted by sin. The other is spiritual and drawn to the scroll of God. They fight each other (Galatians 5), and if you really want to please God you to feed the spiritual nature.
food for this nature are: The Word of God and prayer.
Already the food today?
